What an amazing resource this book is! There are a fair number of Procreate tutorials online, including from the creators of the app; but, like other design/art apps (like Photoshop), Procreate is so much more than the sum of its parts. Burrows unlocks Procreate’s potential in this book.

I cracked Procreate open on my iPad to follow along as the author taught me so very many new tricks and skills. The Illustrator’s Guide is divided into sections: the first part talks layout, so you can make sense of all those UI things (with handy tips), while the second has projects for you to try. Everything is laid out in a clear way; if you’re intimidated by the app, this is definitely the book for you.
