I enjoyed this workbook that encourages you to work through your anxious thoughts in a playful and creative way. There are clear prompts, and you’re instructed to work through them in whatever way feels best to you (so that this doesn’t become another exercise in anxiety).
I put some of these exercises away to try when I’m really anxious, but many of them are fun to do anyway, and don’t need you to be at the pulling-your-hair-out stage to try. This workbook is suitable for young and older adults; teenagers could probably try some of the exercises with supervision and guidance from a clinician.
